Happy 7th Birthday Aubrey Lynn!

Miss Aubrey Lynn turned seven a few weeks ago. That number has hit me really hard! How is she really seven years old?! So much has happened in the last seven years and she has come so very far!

She is doing well in the 1st grade. She's an average student and for that I am so very thankful! When she was three years old and struggling to even imitate one single sound I worried about her future and what school would like like for her. Now here she is.... all grown up and on her own. No services and doing fabulous. What a blessing!

Aubrey has the kindest heart and cares so much for her friends, family and dog. She worries about others and is so in tune with everything happening around her. She's my mellow, hang back and observe kind of kid. I love bed time with her. After her sister falls asleep, her and I chat for a long time. She has so much to say... but waits until a certain little chatterbox of a sister is asleep. (So she doesn't get interrupted and has my full attention!) I love hearing about her day and her adventures at school. It's music to my ears and it's hard to tell her to stop talking because it's time for bed. I really cherish these moments.

Aubrey is an amazing little girl who literally fills my heart with joy. I am so thankful for her and love her beyond measure!
